🍑 Peachy & Pine Return Policy

At Peachy & Pine, we want you to love everything you order! If something isn’t quite right, we offer store credit so you can find something you love even more.

Return Time Frame
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery (shipped orders) OR 7 days of pickup notification (local orders)
• For pickup orders, the 7 days begins when you are notified your order is ready — not when it is picked up
• Orders left unclaimed do not extend the return window
• After 7 days, returns will not be accepted

Return Eligibility
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Returns must be approved and issued an RMA before being dropped off or shipped

Non-Returnable Items
• Custom or made-to-order items (including T-shirts)
• Clearance and final sale items
• Personalized items
• Swimsuits (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return

  1. Log into your account on our website and submit your return request within 7 days
  2. Select the item(s) and include your reason
  3. Once approved, you will receive an RMA and return instructions

• Do not drop off or ship items without approval and an RMA
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error

Store Credit
• Issued after your return is received and inspected
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Preorder Returns
• Same return guidelines apply
• Limited to 5 preorder returns per calendar year
• Additional preorder returns will not be accepted once limit is reached

Damaged or Defective Items
• Contact us within 7 days with photos
• We will replace or issue store credit at no additional cost

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Use store credit to place a new order

International Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
